The Breadski Brothers

The story of The Breadski Brothers began in Poland, in 1992 where three brothers Marek, Marcin and Maciej fulfilled their dream by renting an oven from the local mill in  their village. In 2004 move in to Ireland and establish MMM Family Bakery in 2006. Since then, they are better known as The Breadski Brothers, they continue their dedication to taste and traditional recipes, hand producing their sourdough, artisan, healthy and delicious breads.

Across Ireland the company supplies products for over 250 stores including Tesco, Supervalu, Centra, Spar, Polish, and other Eastern European stores, delivering daily.

The recipe for success is a combination of high-quality ingredients, traditional baking methods, and a secret family recipe for a sourdough starter. All our breads are made by hand, and you can really taste the difference.

The Breadski Brothers specialise in sourdough (wheat & rye) but also offer a wide range of bakery products including brioche burger buns, baps, baguettes, ciabatta.
