We have created a deliciously sweet and spicy cheese toastie. This sandwich brings something different to the table.
- Sourdough Cob
- Green Chilli – deseeded & sliced
- Mango Chutney
- Cheddar Cheese
- Cumin Seeds
- Green onions chopped
- Lightly toast the cumin seeds in a frying pan on low heat
- Butter the outside of the bread then put the mango chutney on the inside.
- Sprinkle on the toasted cumin seeds
- Layer on the cheese, chili, and green onion.
- Toast in a sandwich press, grill, pan or airfryer until the toast is golden and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
