Apple and peanut butter is the perfect healthy snack but make it a meal by layering it on a toasted slice of freshly baked sourdough bread.
- Peanut Butter
- Chop up apple
- Put it in a heated pan with a splash of water. Sprinkle over Cinnamon.
- Cover with lid and heat for 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, toast sourdough and spread peanut butter.
- Top with stew apple and drizzle with honey.
